MultiTest is a multiple choice assessment package for Windows which is used to setup, score and report on tests or examinations using Optical Mark Reading (OMR) technology. The QuestionBank module allows users to generate questions from a previously created common question pool. It contains a multi-tiered bank option which permits users to have as many sub headings to a main subject title as required. A common question pool can be created as well as password protected subsections for individual administrators or lecturers with speciality options. Question history including reliability, last use, number of times used is incorporated as well as the ability to generate questions randomly from selected sections plus the ability not to repeat the same questions immediately on future selections . Print & Scan combines ease and simplicity of use along with versatility, which allows it to be utilized for designing, generating and processing questionnaires electronically or on paper using. It is the first off-the-shelf package of its type in the world that allows paper based or paperless/electronic technologies to be mixed and used at the same time to undertake surveys, monitoring, assessments, exams or tests. PIP (Performance Improvement Process) The overall aim of the system is to track and record the performance of employees or students both before and after a training course. This tracking enables training staff to create and monitor the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) for courses both within and outside the company/college environment. These results can be used in selective outputs to show the improvement of staff in key areas covering knowledge, skills, behaviour and attitude as well as the value of the training given. This displays an open approach, which can be easily verified by the results on the system.
