As originators of the Print & Scan software, Trax UK are in an ideal position to undertake bureau service functions in the design of complex surveys, questionnaires and examinations for clients. The work practice includes attention to detail such as making forms attractive by the use of graphics and easy to use by respondees, as well as questioning details that have not been clearly defined.

Our service covers all aspects of processing including paper based OMR and Image (ICR) recognition as well as electronic delivery systems covering both Web and Email options. We can also undertake telephonic surveying using a new addition to Print & Scan called Telescan.

Scanning and analysis can also be included in the service and both Access and Excel files can be prepared for users who wish to undertake their own in-depth comparisons of the data set or, alternatively, graphical and report formats can be generated and supplied from within the system.

Printing

Paper based questionnaire forms can be produced by our third party print house, (experts in the field of printing complex questionnaire/survey forms).

Training

Trax provide full training with all software supplied and also run additional courses at our offices. These include general refresher courses for Print & Scan as well as specialised courses for those interested in areas such as Student Performance Monitoring, Image scanning, writing Access Macros using data from the Print & Scan tables, etc.

All courses are for one day at highly competitive rates and include a buffet lunch. Booking information available on request.

Web Design

We can provide your company with a professional, fully functional website that reflects the true image of your organisation online. This can include work on interactive Web sites where purchasing or orders need to be processed on-line (such as order processing etc.) as well as supplying specialised options for interactive recruitment, equality monitoring, assessments or survey options. For certain aspects of this work, off-the-shelf software is available to integrate into existing Web sites.

Alternatively, the company offers a complete Web Design service that can incorporate the above options as well as pictures, animation and voice/sound captions plus automatic links for gathering replies from prospective clients making enquiries using the site.
